Delivery
Deliver yourself. Keep what's yours..
Run delivery with your own team, from your own brand. Your drivers, your customers, your data. A direct channel that grows with you, not with someone else's algorithm.
How it works
From tap to doorstep, in five steps.
Guest orders from your branded site.
Reachable from your domain, Google profile, or socials. Mobile-first, fast, no app to download.
Builds the order, picks a delivery slot.
Visual menu, modifiers, dietary filters. Address validation and zone check happen live.
Pays online with Apple Pay, card, iDEAL.
Prepaid orders. No-shows can't burn ingredients. Receipt by email or SMS.
Kitchen fires, driver gets the route.
Your driver sees the order on their phone the moment it's ready. Pickup, route, address, customer name.
Hot food arrives at the door.
Customer gets live status updates. Driver marks delivered. Order closes in your POS.
Direct delivery
Your team, your customers, your channel.
Self-delivery means you run the road too: your staff handles dispatch, pickup, and drop-off. The trade is worth it. The channel is yours to build, the customer is yours to keep, and the basket arrives in your account, not someone else's.
- 01
Your customer relationship
Every email, name, and order history sits in your account. Build loyalty, run campaigns, own the relationship end to end.
- 02
Your brand on the bag
Logo, colors, photography, voice. Guests order from you, the bag arrives from you, and they remember you.
- 03
100% of the basket
No percentage cut on the food. Pay your drivers (per hour or per delivery) and a flat Butlaroo fee. The rest is yours.
- 04
A direct channel
Your domain, Google profile, Instagram bio, and printed flyers all route guests straight to your kitchen. You set the menu, the pacing, the offers.

Why operators pick it
More than delivery. A channel you actually own.
New revenue, same kitchen
Delivery orders run alongside dine-in without extra rent, extra seats, or extra hosts.
Near-zero no-shows
Prepaid orders mean wasted ingredients drop to noise. The guest is committed before you fire the ticket.
Higher average ticket
Visual menus, modifier prompts, and basket nudges lift delivery tickets 12-18% versus a phone order.
Loyalty, baked in
Repeat order in one tap. Rewards across delivery, pickup, kiosk, QR, and dine-in. Guests stay with you longer.
Data you own
Every order ties to a guest profile in your account, not a marketplace's. Your customers, your relationship.
0% commission on the food
Delivery runs through your own brand. The full basket stays in your account. You pay your drivers and a flat Butlaroo fee, that's it.
Marketing built in
Order links work in Google profiles, Instagram bios, email, and printed flyers. Every touchpoint becomes a sales channel.
Smooths peak chaos
Throttled delivery slots flatten the 19:00 rush so the kitchen and the road serve more guests with fewer mistakes.
Works with what you already run.
POS, payments, kitchen displays, accounting. We meet your stack where it lives.
Questions, answered.
Who drives the orders?
Your own drivers. You hire them, you set the schedule, you control the experience. Pay them per hour or per delivery, whichever model works for you.
Can I add an on-demand fleet later?
Yes. Once you're live with your own drivers, you can layer in a fleet partner like Stuart or Wolt Drive to cover peak times or out-of-zone deliveries. You only pay the fleet for the rides themselves, never a percentage on the food.
How is this 0% commission?
Customers order on your own brand, on your own domain, with no third party in between. You pay Butlaroo a flat per-location subscription plus a small fee per order. There's no percentage cut on the food itself.
Do drivers need special hardware?
No. The driver app runs on any modern Android or iOS phone. Routes, addresses, and proof-of-delivery all live in the app.
How do delivery zones work?
Per-postcode or radius-based zones with their own pricing, minimum orders, and prep buffers. Different zones can have different delivery fees and different hours.
Will it work with my POS?
Live integrations with Oracle Micros, Lightspeed, Untill, Trivec, Vectron and 20+ EU systems. Delivery orders flow into the POS as if they were placed at the counter. If yours is missing, we'll add it.
Which payment methods are supported?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, every major card, iDEAL, Bancontact, and tipping. Settled overnight, reconciled in your POS reports.
Can it route to the nearest venue?
Yes. Multi-location operators get postcode routing, per-venue menus, prep times, delivery zones and hours.
Can I match my brand?
Logo, colors, fonts, photography. Each venue can run its own theme, even within the same group.
How is it priced?
A flat per-location subscription, plus a small fee per order. No setup fees, no commission. Talk to sales for volume pricing.
