How long does it take to register my account?
After you complete the contact form we usually get back to you the same day, or the next business day at the latest. Depending on your setup you can be live the same day.
Do I need an additional contract to receive payments?
No. Butlaroo Pay is part of the platform. Once your account is provisioned, payouts and reporting are wired up automatically. No separate processor agreement is required.
Can I configure the menu card myself?
Yes. The menu, modifiers, opening hours and pricing are fully self-service in your Butlaroo back office, and changes go live in seconds across QR, kiosk, POS and online channels.
Can I configure my own brand identity in Butlaroo?
Yes. Your logo, colors, typography, photography and tone of voice carry through every guest-facing touchpoint (QR menus, kiosks, receipts and emails), so the experience feels like yours, not ours.
Can I connect Butlaroo to my POS?
Yes. Butlaroo integrates with the major POS systems used in hospitality, and we run our own POS for venues that want one platform end-to-end.
Can I choose my own payment methods?
Yes. Butlaroo supports the major card schemes, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless, plus market-specific rails like iDEAL and Bancontact. Tipping and split bills are configurable per venue.
