Do I need new hardware?
No. The guest uses their own phone. The kitchen uses the KDS or printer it already has. We integrate with your existing POS or run on Butlaroo POS, your choice.
How do smart pickup times work?
We learn the real prep time of each menu item from your live ticket data, then factor current kitchen load, station depth, and historical patterns to quote a window your kitchen can actually hit. Most venues land within 90 seconds of the quoted time.
Will it work with my POS?
Live integrations with Oracle Micros, Lightspeed, Untill, Trivec, Vectron and 20+ EU systems. Orders flow into the POS as if they were placed at the counter. If yours is missing, we'll add it.
Which payment methods are supported?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, every major card, iDEAL, Bancontact, and tipping. Settled overnight, reconciled in your POS reports.
What about no-shows?
Orders are prepaid. If a guest doesn't show, you've still been paid. We also send pickup reminders so it almost never happens.
How is this different from a delivery marketplace?
Marketplaces take 25-35% per order and own the guest relationship. Click & collect runs on your own brand, on your own domain, with zero commission. You keep the guest data and the margin.
Can it route to the nearest venue?
Yes. Multi-location operators get a location picker, postcode routing, and per-venue menus, prep times, and pickup hours.
Which languages are supported?
Out of the box: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, plus right-to-left languages. Add more on request.
Can I match my brand?
Logo, colors, fonts, photography. Each venue can run its own theme, even within the same group.
