Built for enterprise & chains
One platform across every venue, every currency, every team.
Butlaroo is the ordering platform hospitality groups use to run hundreds of venues like one. Centralized configuration, consolidated reporting, the integrations enterprise IT actually asks for, and a payments stack that handles royalties at the source.

Why enterprise is different
Enterprise hospitality isn't a software problem. It's a coordination problem.
Two hundred venues across nine countries. Half are corporate, half are franchised. Each one has its own opening hours, its own sales tax rate, its own card processor, its own kitchen quirks, and HQ still has to roll the numbers up by Tuesday morning, prove the price changes went out before Friday's promo, and explain to legal why the data sits where it sits.
Butlaroo is built for that exact reality. One platform models your real org chart, group, region, brand, venue, pushes menu, price and configuration down the tree, pulls operational and financial data back up, and lets every venue still feel like itself. So the rollout is one project, not one per country. The royalties land at the source. And HQ sees the day before it's over.
What changes when groups run on Butlaroo.
- 01
Run hundreds of venues like one. With configuration inheritance.
Model your real org structure, group, region, brand, venue, and let configuration flow down the tree. Push a new menu, an opening-hour rule or a price change from HQ to every relevant venue in seconds, with venue-level overrides where they make local sense. Roll out a new country without a single new spreadsheet.

- 02
Give every team the access they need. Nothing more.
Define roles once and apply them at any scope: a regional manager sees their region, a franchisee sees their venues, a finance lead sees consolidated numbers across the group. SSO via SAML or OIDC. SCIM provisioning from your IdP. Audit logs on every sensitive action, retained for the period your compliance team needs.

Operate in local currency and tax. Report in one.
Price in dollars in Miami, in euros in Amsterdam, in pounds in London. Apply the right sales tax, VAT or GST automatically at the venue level. Roll every transaction up to a single reporting currency for HQ, with the FX rate booked at the moment the order is paid. Your finance team stops reconciling and starts reading.

Withhold royalties at the source. Stop chasing invoices.
Configure a franchise-fee rule once and Butlaroo deducts it from every guest payment, routes the net to the franchisee and the royalty to the group, and books both. No monthly invoicing cycle, no debtor risk, no awkward call. The franchisee sees a clean payout, HQ sees the royalty land in real time.

Questions enterprise operators ask.
How do you roll out across hundreds of venues without breaking service?
We start with a pilot region, usually two to four venues that represent your operational range, and stabilize the configuration there. From that template, we replicate across the rest of the estate in waves, with your project manager and ours sharing a single rollout plan. Most groups are fully live across a country inside a quarter, and adjacent countries follow without another full implementation.
Do we keep our existing POS, ERP and accounting stack?
In most cases, yes. Butlaroo ships pre-built integrations for Oracle, Lightspeed, Aloha, Adyen, Stripe, SAP, NetSuite, Exact, AFAS and twenty-plus more, plus a documented REST and webhook API for everything else. Our solutions team writes the integration spec with your IT lead before contract, so the dependencies are clear from day one.
How does Butlaroo handle GDPR, PCI and audit?
Guest and payments data can live in the US, the EU or the UK, on your tenant's choice. PCI-DSS scope is handled through our payment partners. We countersign a GDPR DPA before contract, with sub-processor disclosure and your right to audit documented. Every sensitive action in the platform is logged and exportable to your SIEM.
Can finance roll group revenue up in one currency?
Yes. Every order is recorded in the venue's local currency and in your group reporting currency, with the FX rate stamped at the moment of payment. Group-level dashboards consolidate revenue, orders and tax across every venue, and the same data is available over API for your data warehouse.
How does pricing work for an enterprise contract?
We quote per venue, with volume tiers and a single master services agreement at group level. There is no implementation fee for standard rollouts. Custom integrations, dedicated infrastructure and named support tiers are priced separately and listed line-by-line in the order form.
