    Vivi is grounded in your menu, your pairings, and your house rules, not the public internet. If something isn't in the menu, Vivi says so and offers the closest match. Every conversation is logged for review.

  • Which languages does Vivi speak?

    All major European languages out of the box (English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish), plus the most common Asian and Middle-Eastern languages (Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi). Vivi detects the guest's language automatically.

  • How long does setup take?

    If your menu lives in Butlaroo, Vivi is ready in minutes. We train on what's already there. Brand-voice tuning takes about half an hour with our team.

  • Where can guests talk to Vivi?

    QR ordering, kiosk, click & collect, and the Butlaroo guest app. Voice and chat are both available on every channel that supports it.

  • Can I control what Vivi promotes?
